Beverly June Grant

Beverly June Grant, age 97, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023. She was born on June 1, 1926, to the late Jesse and Lottie (Williams) Hogue. June married Harold Skoug on December 13, 1947, and he preceded her in death in 1986. On September 23, 1989, she married Peter Grant and he preceded her in death in 2018. June enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and reading.

June is survived by her daughter, Kay Ratajczak; son-in-law, Darrell Broten; grandchildren, Jean (Bruce) Haan, and John Ratajczak; great grandchildren, Ethan and Zoey Ratajczak; stepson, Duane (Barb) Grant; as well as by nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her two late husbands, she was also preceded by her daughter Fran Broten and son-law Peter Ratajczak.

Visitation will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 109 Elm St., Strum, WI 54770, from 10-11am on Saturday, September 9, 2023. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 am with Pastor Valerian Ahles officiating. Burial to follow at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Strum.
