Bob Heiman

April 12, 1950 — May 22, 2011

Bob Heiman, 61, Forestville, Wisconsin passed away at home on May 22, 2011 with his family members by his side, following a 2 year battle with Esophageal Cancer.

Bob was born April 12, 1950 in New London, the son of Ray and Shirley Heiman Moors. Bob was raised in Menasha, graduated from Xavier High School in 1968 and then attended UW Madison.

He was employed by the Chicago Northwestern Railroad for 14 years and then he became a manufacture's Representative for the paper, power and utilities industry. He ended his career with Champion Charter Sales and Service in Iron Mountain Michigan as a Wisconsin Sales Engineer.

On December 31, 2005 he married Debbie Hiller (Degenhardt) his Soul Mate for the past 16 years.

It was pure fun to watch Bob live. He had easy ways. He was quick to show his love in his actions. Bob filled his life with people not things. He loved nature and his heart saturated in the lore of the land, in hunting, fishing and gardening. The magic of the woods ran in his veins. He was naturally a giver and not a taker. His sense of pure companionship with others was without equal.

Bob is survived by his wife Debbie; step-sons Mark and Dane Hiller. His mother, Shirley Heiman Moors of Kimberly; brothers, Tom (Kate) Heiman, Florida; from the Fox Valley, Jim (Janet) Heiman; Mark (Pauline) Heiman; Dick (Rose) Heiman, sisters from the Fox Valley, Sue (Tom) Carew and Nancy Schaefer; Plus many cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous special friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his father Ray Heiman, step-father, Carroll Moors and his father-in-law Don Degenhardt.

June 3rd a Memorial Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 256 N. Elgin Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 10:00 am visitation, 11:00 mass and lunch to follow.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Bob's name.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, Froedtert Cancer Center, and Unity Hospice for all of the special care they provided Bob.
