Carol M. (Ravet) Cravillion

April 1, 1931 — July 2, 2015

Carol M. Cravillion 84, of Casco passed away July 2, 2015 at Anna's House in New Franken. She was born on April 1, 1931 in Walhain to the late Frank and Irene (Wilquet) Ravet. On June 16, 1948 she married Lloyd Cravillion at St. Amend's Church in Walhain. He preceded her in death on June 11, 2014. Carol enjoyed time at her cottage in Lakewood, playing cards, and spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her children Linda (Dave) Kobes, Denmark, Dennis (Kathy) Cravillion, Casco, and son-in-law Dennis (special friend Cecilia) Dhuey, New Franken; 11 grandchildren Eric (Patty) Dhuey, Jessica (Mark) Durham, Chris (Angie) Dhuey, Jennifer Kobes, Kevin Kobes, Katie (James) Zellner, Casie (Matt) Machut, Rory Cravillion, Carly (Lincoln) Cravillion, Carey Kolacz, and Tony Cravillion; and 12 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her sister Janice (Miles) Haucke, her brother Jack (Betty) Ravet, one sister-in-law DuWayne Ravet, nieces and nephews Steve Ravet, Janelle Ravet, Mark Ravet, Paul Ravet, Kathy Ravet, Lori Welsing, and Wendy Adams, other close nieces and nephews and one Godchild Gary Blohowiak.

Carol was preceded in death by her daughter Pat Dhuey, one brother Jim Ravet, one brother-in-law Bernard VandenHouten, two sisters-in-law Florence (Cyril) Blohowiak and Virgil (Gaylord) Boucher.

Visitation will be held Monday July 6th at Wiesner and Massart Funeral Home, Casco from 4 to 8 P.M., and again Tuesday at the funeral home until 10:00 A.M. Rosary will be prayed at 6 P.M. on Monday evening. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Tuesday July 7, 2015 at 10:30 A.M. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed here .

Carol's family would like to thank the staff at Anna's House and Unity Hospice, especially John, for their loving care given to their Mom. Also a special thank-you to all the neighbors for their kindness. She will be greatly missed by her little brother John (Jack), sister Janice, and all her grandkids. Mom you are now home with Dad and Pat.
