Clarence E. Laskowski, 60, of Algoma passed away Saturday April 21, 2012 at the Kewaunee Care Center. He was born July 23, 1951, in Chicago to Clarence and Lillian (Krchov) Laskowski Sr. After losing his parents at a young age, Clarence and his sister Kathy were then raised by their Uncle and Aunt Stanley and Evelyn Laskowski. Clarence worked as a truck driver for Lakeview Lumber in Algoma. He enjoyed hunting, reading, watching movies and most recently enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Kathy (Mark) Zeman, one nephew Luke Zeman, and one niece Rachel (David) Presslein, as well as many cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Lillian Laskowski, and uncle and aunt Stanley and Evelyn Laskowski.
Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Algoma on Tuesday April 24, 2012 from 9 to 11 a.m. Mass of Christian burial to follow at 11 a.m. with Fr. Bill Swichtenberg officiating.
