Cooper Harrison LeGreve passed away shortly after birth on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. He was born to Chad LeGreve and Brenda (Hlinak) Hyde.
He is survived by his grandparents, Allen and MaeLee LeGreve. and Thomas Hlinak and Jane Polinsky.
Private family services will be held at Allouez Cemetery.
Chad and Brenda wish to thank their family and friends for all the support they have given during this difficult time. A special thank you also to the staff at Aurora BayCare Hospital 4th Floor.
