November 2, 1951 — February 14, 2018

David C. Zellner, age 66 of Kewaunee, died on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at home surrounded by his family, after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was born on November 2, 1951 to Richard and the late Rosella (Wery) Zellner.

He graduated from Kewaunee High School with the Class of 1969.  He married Margaret Kinjerski on September 19, 1970 at St. Hedwig’s Church in East Krok.

David and Margie farmed early in their married life. Dave continued in the agriculture business the rest of his career, including owning a construction business with his Dad. He transitioned into agricultural sales, working for Bill Lorrigan Construction until his retirement in November of 2017.

His hobbies included wood working, hunting, fishing, camping, playing cards, and being on or around tractors.  He very much enjoyed the company of his family, especially teasing his grandchildren.
