Diane Marie Vanderbloemen

Diane Marie Vanderbloemen, 77, Kewaunee passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025. She was born on July 10, 1948, to the late Leo “Butch” and Rosie (Verdegan) Vanderbloemen.

She worked in sales and customer service, where her gift for connecting with others touched countless lives. She was known for her welcoming spirit, her friendly nature, and the way she truly loved people. To know her was to have a friend, and she made many throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time with her friends playing Cribbage and Sheepshead, having fun, and laughing.

She especially loved children and was proud to be an aunt. Her nieces, nephews, and friends’ children brought her tremendous joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Diane will be remembered for her kindness, her ability to make others feel at home, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends.

Diane is survived by her brothers, Tony Vanderbloemen, Paul (Jo) Vanderbloemen; sister-in-law, Adele Vanderbloemen; nieces and nephews, Wanda (Dale) Raisleger, John (Jodi) Vanderbloemen, Mike (Nikki) Vanderbloemen, Jane (Tim) LaCrosse, Ann Rank, Joe (Vanessa) Vanderbloemen, Lynn Vanderbloemen, Pam Vanderbloemen, Kim (Brian) Vincent; Brian (Anne) Vanderbloemen, Jeremy Vanderbloemen, and Ellen (Bruce) Bruenig; many great and great-great nieces, nephews, and cousins; as well as close friends, Pootsa, Betty, Linda, Carol, and Mary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leo Vanderbloemen; sister-in-law, Carol Vanderbloemen; nephew, Paul Rank; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 4:00 pm with Fr. George Daniel officiating.
