Donald "Donny" L. Kudick, 72, of Kewaunee, passed away after a 7-year battle with cancer surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 24, 2026. He was born in Green Bay, WI on July 4, 1954, to the late Elmer and Lillian (Radtke) Kudick. Donny grew up in Kewaunee and graduated from Kewaunee High School in 1972. He married Betty Orde in 1973 at St. Paul's Church, Algoma.

Donny worked at Volrath in Kewaunee for 44 years. He enjoyed fishing for perch in Sturgeon Bay and traveling with his wife, Betty. Together, they took many trips, including vacations to Cape Cod, South Dakota, and Las Vegas. He enjoyed gambling, playing cards, especially cribbage and Sheepshead, and shooting pool in a couple's league with Betty. Donny was also a skilled woodworker and had a green thumb, taking pride in his garden and the plants he grew.

Donny is survived by his wife, Betty; their daughter, Shannon (Marc) Flight; grandchildren, John (fiancé Cailen) Klementz; brothers, Elmer Jr. (Deb) Kudick, Russ (Cindy) Kudick; sisters, Joyce Goetsch and Nancy Welter; his cats, Smokey Joe and Patches; further survived by many nieces and nephews and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donald and Janette Orde; brothers-in-law, Edward Goetsch and Jerry Welter; sister-in-law, Diane Orde; and nephews, Mark Dahlke and Billy Peace.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services, Kewaunee. The funeral Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Matthew Sprunger officiating.
