Erwin Schwantes

Erwin Schwantes, age 90, of Kewaunee died on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at Bellin Memorial Hospital.  He was born on May 27, 1931 in Kewaunee to the late Erwin and Edna (Hayes) Schwantes.

He married Carol Martin on June 16, 1951 in Chicago, IL.

He and Carol operated a farm in West Kewaunee until retiring.

Survivors include his wife, Carol of sixty-nine years; one son, Bruce (Julie) Schwantes, Oregon, WI; one daughter, Holly Schwantes, Kewaunee; three grandsons: Matt (Sandy) Schwantes, Chris (Beth) Schwantes, Brett (Elizabeth) Schwantes; four great grandaughters; one sister: Judy Fager, Algoma.  He was preceded in death by one daughter, Virginia Schwantes.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
