Ethel Koss, 94, Casco, passed away Sunday July 1, 2012 at home. She was born June 19, 1918 in the Town of Lincoln to the late Joseph P. Dhuey and Louise LeCaptain.
She married Alan Koss in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1970.
Ethel was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Catholic Order of Foresters, Casco Legion Auxiliary, Altar Society and Blue Army.
She is survived by her children, Joe (Kathy) Koss, Noblesville, IN, David Koss, Casco, Lee (Cheryl) Koss, Hamilton, VA; grandchildren, Kristine (Joe) Hillman, Joseph (Kim) Koss, Nicole (Russ) Seiler, Brynn Koss, Timothy Koss, Stephen (Cara) Koss, Rachel (Jonathan) O'Neal, Matthew Koss, Sharon Koss; 8 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Germaine Aulik, Green Bay; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Laverne Dhuey, Arleen Dhuey, Russ Kriwanek. She is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Robert (Magdaline) Dhuey, Clifford Dhuey, Charles Dhuey; 1 sister, Esther (William) Ripley; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, John Aulik, Harriet (Al) Sears, Isabel (Arthur) McCalvy, Edna (Dave) Doperalski, Bette Kriwanek.
Friends may call at Wiesner-Massart Funeral Home, Casco on Thursday July 5th from 5 to 8pm. Legion Auxiliary Service 6pm. Rosary 6:30 pm. There will be no visitation Friday morning. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Friday at Holy trinity Catholic Church, Casco with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Burial in the Holy Trinity Cemetery.
