Galen Wautier

October 30, 1951 — August 24, 2011

Galen Wautier, 59, Brussels, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at St. Luke's Medical Center, Milwaukee. He was born October 30, 1951 in the Town of Brussels to the late Harry and Stella (Gilson) Wautier.

Galen was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a Brussels Lion's Club Member and an Officer with Civil Area Patrol. Galen was a CPA and owned and ran his own business.

He is survived by his children, Duane Wautier and Stephanie (Jason) Maslow; grandchildren, Irelyn and Olivia; brothers and sisters, Patsy (Harold) Christl, Gerald (Agnes) Wautier, Gary (Holly) Wautier, Sandra (Chuck) Durancik, Cheryl Palza, Jeanne (Kevin) LeFevre, Mark (Marlene) Wautier.

Friends may call at Wiesner-Massart Funeral Home, Casco on Sunday from 4 to 8pm. Visitation will continue Monday morning from 10 to 11am at St. Francis/St. Mary Catholic Church, Brussels. Funeral Mass Monday 11am with Fr. Pius Cotter officiating. Burial in St. Francis Cemetery, Brussels.

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home. Memorials will be given to: St. Luke's Thoracic Transplant Clinic, 2900 W. Oklahoma Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53215.
