Gary Clarence Jandrin , 67, of Casco, went to the Lord peacefully, Monday, July 4, 2022. With his family by his side. The disease ALS has taken the greatest husband, father, and grandpa too soon, but never forgotten. Gary was born to Clarence Jandrin and Grace (Dekeyser) Jandrin Annoye on July 19, 1954. Gary graduated from Luxemburg-Casco High School in 1972. He was a great athlete which he played football and wrestled. His talents shine through his children and grandchildren. On June 23, 1973, he married the love of his life, Janet Pigeon. He was so happy to celebrate 49 years together with his great love Janet. Gary was a devoted farmer and had a great love for animals, also an excellent welder. Gary worked at Bay Ship Builders, Palmer Johnson, New Tech Metals, and continued to farm with son Jason and his family. His greatest accomplishments in life was raising a great family. He showed how to have strength, compassion, sincere love for each other. He taught all of his children the important lessons in life about working hard, being honest, respectful and enjoy life. He was the most unselfish person around. He always put others first and willing to give a helping hand. He could fix anything and everything. He took great pride in all of his work. His contagious smile shined through at family gatherings, listening and laughing at our conversations. The greatest gift he gave his children was a great childhood with cherished memories that will last forever. His love for Janet showed in so many ways daily, forever and always.

Survivors include his wife Janet of 49 years; and his seven children, Holly (Dennis) Vandertie, Casco, Ericka (Dan) Routhieaux, Casco, Heather (Robbie) Joniaux, Luxemburg, Jason (Tina) Jandrin, Casco, Brian (Jenny) Jandrin, New Franken, Nathan Jandrin, Casco, Tyler (Kate) Jandrin, Green Bay; 15 grandchildren, Rebecca (Adam) Franda, Kyle (fiancé Dana), Allison, Ryan Routhieaux, Lucas and Hunter Joniaux, Emily, Jake and Jasmine Jandrin, Savannah, Taylor, and Gracie Jandrin,  Alaina, Max and Emmett Jandrin; and 1 great-grandson Henry Franda; his mother, Grace Annoye; his siblings, Terry Jandrin, Judy Mindak, Chris Wade (Tim), step-sisters, Gloria Jeanquart, Cynthia Vandermause, Mary Jo Harrison, Vicki Dart; his mother-in-law, Pauline Pigeon; sisters- and brothers-in-law, Chris (Gary) Engelbert, Linda Laluzerne, Dean Laluzerne, Dean Pigeon, Keith (Darlene) Pigeon, Dennis Pigeon, Sandy (Bob) Neuville, John (Leigh) Pigeon, Bruce (Kim) Pigeon, Julie (Brian) Engebose, Lisa (Galen) Baudhuin; as well as by many nieces and nephews.

Gary was preceded in death by his son Derek Jandrin; father, Clarence Jandrin; step-father, Roland Annoye; father-in-law, Marvin Pigeon; niece, Amanda Wade; sister-in-law, Elaine Jandrin; and brother-in-law, David Mindak.

Visitation will be held at Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Casco on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 4-8 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue Friday, July 8, 2022, from 9-11 am at St. Peter’s Catholic Church – Lincoln. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Bellin Memorial Hospital, Eagle III, Mayo Clinic, Froedert Hospital, and a very compassionate caring nurse, Sarah.

Gary’s favorite saying: “Family Strong, Forever and Always” His world was his family. Gone to soon, but never forgotten, in our hearts forever.
