Grace Renard , 96, Luxemburg, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012. She was born on October 6, 1916 to the late Joseph and Mary (Baudhuin) DuBois in the Town of Union. She married Gilbert Renard on November 14, 1939 at St. Mary of the Snow Catholic Church, Namur. Gilbert preceded her in death on November 18, 1990.
Grace and Gilbert farmed in the Town of Union until retirement and then moved to Luxemburg. Grace's number one priority was watching her family grow and succeed. Grace enjoyed visiting with her friends and playing cards.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Janice (Leonard) Lemens, Luxemburg; her grandchildren, Patti (Bruce) Seidl, Luxemburg, Paul (Susan) Lemens, Green Bay, Cindy (Tim) Kinnard, Casco; great grandchildren, Tyler (special friend Haley) Seidl, Zachary (special friend Danielle) Seidl, Kyle Seidl, Sydney and Jake Lemens, Rachel (special friend Robbie) Kinnard, Travis Kinnard; one sister, Lillian Zwicky; one brother, Raymond (Mae) DuBois; one sister-in-law, Lillian DuBois. Grace was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Clifford DuBois; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Marvin Zwicky, Ben (Anna) Renard, Lambert (Rose) Renard, Arthur (Helen) Renard, Josie (Clarence) Heim, Emily (Donald) LaCroix, Helen (Lawrence) Englebert, Mary (Clifford) Maccoux.
Friends may call on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 4:30 to 7:30pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Luxemburg. Parish Wake Service 6pm Thursday. Visitation will continue at St. Mary's on Friday morning from 9 to 11am. Mass of Christian Burial 11am Friday at St. Mary's with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
