Inge Huber

Inge Huber, 89, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024. She was born January 18, 1935, in Bad Schwalbach, Germany to the late Karl Johann and Frieda (Thiel) Fischer. Inge immigrated to America in 1959 to join her sister and her niece and nephew. On June 14, 1961, Inge married Francis J Huber in Norman Wisconsin. Inge was a hard worker who took care of her family. She had a large vegetable and flower garden. She enjoyed canning, needle work and cleaning. When her children were in high school Inge started working at Fox Hills Resort as a housekeeper. When Inge became a grandmother, she enjoyed spending time caring for her grandchildren. Over the years Inge made several trips to Germany to visit her family.

Inge is survived by her two sons, Michael G (Catherine) Huber and Mark (Cynthia) Huber, Kewaunee; her grandchildren, Amanda (Justin) Worrell, Glenwood IA, Michael J (Alicia) Huber, Green Bay WI, Jessica (William) Ward, Kewaunee WI, Matthew, Joshua & Adam Huber, Kewaunee WI; great-grandchildren, Alexandria Huber, Caiden Worrell; brother, Bernd (Helma) Fischer, Schlangenbad, Germany ; as well as by nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and In-laws George and Mary Huber; brother Heinz (Anneliese) Fischer; sister and brother-in-law Hilde and Gerald Huber; sister Ursula Fischer; and brother-in-law Maynard (Lucille) Huber

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 am on Saturday, April13, 2024, at Kinnard Funeral Home - Kewaunee, with funeral service at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Becky Schommer officiating.
