Jeffery Lynn Myers, 76, New Franken, passed away on March 4, 2026, just days shy of his 77th birthday. Jeff was born on March 7, 1949, in Decatur, Illinois to the late Raymond "Neil" and Maisey "Mae" (Nixon) Myers. Throughout his life, Jeff was employed in management within the medical manufacturing sector, where he was greatly respected for his strong Christian faith and genuine nature. He was a proud veteran of the Army National Guard, serving from 1969 to 1975, always holding a deep love for the United States and a sincere respect for its flag. On June 1, 1995, he married Connie Cencich in Nederland, CO.
For 30 beautiful years, he was the loving husband of Connie, who fondly remembers him as "the love of my life." Together, they built cherished memories while Jeff worked tirelessly to create beautiful homes in peaceful settings in the Colorado Rockies, Washington State, and Wisconsin. His selflessness and dedication to family extended to caring for many rescue animals, embodying his belief in the value of all living beings.
Jeff was a devoted man of God, deeply committed to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He lived his life with a spirit of unwavering faith, consecrating himself not only to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit but also to our Blessed Mother and Saint Joseph. His legacy of love and devotion will resonate through the lives of his family and community.
Jeff excelled in virtues of unconditional love, generosity, and forgiveness. He was a faithful prayer warrior and powerful intercessor for his children, grandchildren, and countless others. His love for the Holy Eucharist and the depth of his spiritual life inspired so many who were fortunate enough to know him.
A gifted musician and songwriter, Jeff shared his talent through various groups, including "Revelation 19" in Colorado and "Glory Band" in Washington State. Music was one of the myriad ways he connected with others, spreading joy and laughter wherever he went. Jeff's humor and light-hearted spirit brought smiles even during life's trials-his infectious laughter will be deeply missed, especially by his sister, Melodie.
In addition to his artistic talents, Jeff had a zest for adventure and an appreciation for nature. He loved kayaking, riding motorcycles, and cruising in classic cars. With Connie, he enjoyed winding rides through the Colorado Rockies, a testament to their adventurous spirit together.
Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Connie Cencich-Myers; daughters Angelic Dawn Russell Mone' (James), Christiana Lydia (Derrick Sanderson) Myers, and Jocelyn Alison Myers; grandchildren Vivienne June Mone', Tillie Belle Mone', Asia Rain Thorn, Ace Raiden Sanderson, Solace Sanderson, Jaiden Michael Myers, and Jaxon Gabriel Myers; siblings Scott Myers and Melodie K. Liddle; as well as loving in-laws, Rita M Cencich-Samish, and a stepfather-in-law, Norman C Samish.
He was preceded in death by his cherished daughter, Heather Russell; his parents R. Neil and Mae; brother Douglas T. Myers; and father-in-law John P. Cencich.
A Funeral Service to celebrate Jeff's remarkable life will be held at St. Joseph Church in Champion, Wisconsin, on March 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM with Fr.
