Larry L. Lukes, 69, died peacefully at his home with family by his side on June 11th, 2025

Larry was born on February 7th, 1956, to the late Earl and Ruth (Bouche) Lukes. He grew up in Casco. On April 8th, 1978, he married Mary Lischka at St. Joseph church in Pilsen. Together they raised their two daughters in the country west of Kewaunee.

Larry had a true appreciation and respect for nature. This was important to him, and he spent his years managing and preserving his land and sharing this passion with his family. He loved his time working in the woods and watching the wildlife. Some of his favorite moments were cook-outs and campfires with family and friends, and he loved taking his grandchildren on 4-wheeler rides.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; his daughter Kristi (Chris) Brooks; his daughter Kimberly (Morgan) Boltz; his grandchildren Merideth and Lucas Boltz; Mary’s siblings and their families, and sister-in law Sharon, and nephew. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; brother Allen; his in-laws Toddy and David; and his brother-in-law Bill.

At Larry’s request the family will be holding a private funeral service. Entombment will follow at The Shrine of Good Shepard, Green Bay. Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services is assisting the family. Online condolence messages may be shared at KinnardFCS.com.
