Lloyd Kroening, 79, passed away on Friday January 3, 2014 at Aurora BayCare Hospital after a brief illness. He was born August 15, 1934 to the late Gustive and Martha (Hafeman) Kroening. He lived most of his life on the family farm along with his brother Lester. Lloyd was an avid Packer fan and loved Aaron Rogers. He was also a Brewer fan and enjoyed stock car races with his friends. For the past three years, Lloyd was cared for by the staff of Infinity Care in Luxemburg.
Lloyd is survived by one sister, Bernice in Aubirn, California. He was preceded in death by two sisters Amanda and Viola, one brother Lester, as well as one infant sister and one infant brother.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Algoma on Wednesday January 8, 2014 from 9 to 11 a.m. Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. with Pastor John Moll officiating.
