Lorraine J. Lukes

Lorraine Lukes, age 91 of Kewaunee went to be home with the Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. She was born in Luxemburg on February 6, 1926 to the late William and Margaret (Kreidlkamp) Paul.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Parish, the Rosary Society and a past member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed time spent with her grand and great grandchildren. Lorraine enjoyed all sports. She followed the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers and Milwaukee Brewers . She also listened to the Kewaunee Storm games when they were on the radio. She enjoyed playing cards with family and friends. (Betty, Diane and Pootsa).

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Sandy and Al Delebreau, Crooked Lake; Linda and Larry Waters, Kewaunee; grandchildren: Jerry (Lisa) Delebreau and their family: Jason, Jamie, Dillon, Josh and Tiffany; Tom (Sue) Delebreau and daughter: April; Sara (Brandon) Bruckman and their family: Hannah, Emma, and Calvin. Step grandson: Tony (Michelle) Waters and daughter: Hannah. Also surviving are a twin sister: LaVerne Lardinois and brother: Al (Darlene) Paul. She was preceded in death by two brothers: William Jr. and Sylvan (Helen) Paul; two sisters: Lucille (Elmer) Sisel and Lillian (Frank) Hucek and brother-in-law: Elmer Lardinois.

Friends may call at Holy Rosary Church, 517 Juneau St.Kewaunee after 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 15 until the services. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Peter Stryker officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staffs of Atrium Post Acute Care of Kewaunee and Unity Hospice for the wonderful care given to our Mom and thank you to Deacon Chuck, Eileen and Fr. Jim Dillenburg for their visits.
