Lucy (Robinson) Seidl

Lucy Seidl age 100 of Kewaunee passed away peacefully on April 5, 2021. She was born August 26, 1920 to the late George & Mary (Nemetz) Robinson. The family was proud she lived on her own until the age of 96.

Lucy married Peter Seidl Jr. on May 7, 1941. He preceded her in death on October 24, 2006. They were married for 65 years. Lucy & Pete farmed all of their lives in Krok, until their retirement.
She was a lifetime member of St. Therese Parish, St Joseph - St John site. She was a member of the Rosary Society. She loved to play cards, watch game shows and embroider dish towels. She was a very good cook and baker, especially known for her potato salad and pies. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her 4 children, Marlene & George Orr, Peter & Patti Seidl, Colleen & Kurt Burmeister, Connie & Kurt Kadletz, 7 grandchildren Kevin & Kelly Orr, Tim & Carolyn Seidl, Dawn & Stan Adamski, Kyle & Brianna Burmeister, Kristy Burmeister, Kraig Kadletz & fiancé' Taylor Kranzusch, & Christopher Kadletz, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and her sister Adeline Parins.

Besides her husband she was preceded in death by a grandson Kurt Orr, twin brother Otto (Lucille) Robinson Sr, sisters Beatrice Robinson, Viola (Ben) Schlies, Mary Ann (Arden) Levy and one brother in law Ed. Parins.

Friends may call after 9 on Thursday, April 8 at St. Joseph/St. John Church at Pilsen until the time of the Mass.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Dennis Drury officiating with Christal Wavrunek assisting. Masks and social distancing will be required in the church. Burial will be at St Johns cemetery, Krok.

The family would like to thank Kewaunee Health Services, Southern Care Hospice & Dr. Lemke for the special care they had given their mom.
