Richard A. Schwantes

Richard A. Schwantes, age 64 of Green Bay, formerly of Kewaunee died on Sunday, October 16, 2022.  He was born on June 18, 1958 to Don Schwantes and the late Shirley Watters.

Rick lived in California with his mother and sisters for a number of years before moving back to Wisconsin.

He worked at various jobs in the area.  He always enjoyed listening to country music. Richard also loved nature,, bird watching and spending time with family.

He is survived by his father, Don, thirteen brothers and sisters: Julie (Jose) Lopez, Connie Collins, Sue Schwantes, Janene Castillo, Joan (Tim) LeFevre, Terra Raynier, Fiance, Jimmy,  Cindy (Jim) Sommer, William Raynier, Peggy (David) Villers, Joe Raynier; Sharon (Jim) Rozell, Kevin Schwantes (Friend, Jodi), Brad  Schwantes,  He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley, his step-father, Franklin, step-mother, Ione, and two brothers, Jason Fink & Jeff Raynier.

Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 21 at Buchanan Funeral Home until the time of services.  A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
