Russell A. Worachek , 94, of Casco passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. He was born on September 23, 1922 to Louis and Mary (Sisel) Worachek. Russell married Joyce Jadin on July 28, 1943. Along with working at Kewaunee Engineering, Russell owned and operated a farm along with his wife until retirement.
Russell is survived by his wife of 74 years, Joyce; children, Dennis (Barb) Worachek, Casco, Barb (Paul) Kozlowski, Casco, Marla (Jim) Robinson, New Franken, Sue Holsbach, Casco; grandchildren, Chris (Shelli) Worachek, Shelly (Bob) Berceau, Wendy (Jeff) Everard, Tricia (Andy) Zimonick, Dan (special friend Shelly) Kozlowski, Angie (Donnie) Berceau, Jason Kozlowski, Jenny (special friend Norm) Worachek, Adam (special friend Ashley) Robinson, Rob (Dani) Worachek, Stacie (special friend Ryan) Obry; 23 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Bruening and Eileen Hamacheck; sisters-in-law, Pearl Jadin, Toots Bitzen, and Grace Jadin.
He is preceded in death by son-in-law, Teddy Holsbach, 2 sisters, 13 brothers-in-law and 6 sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Casco on Saturday June 17, 2017 from 8:00-11:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 am with Fr. Milton Suess officiating. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, Green Bay. Wiesner & Massart Funeral Homes is assisting the family.
