Scott R Blahnik

Scott Randall Blahnik , 57, Algoma, WI, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019. He was born on May 13, 1962 to Marilyn (Hackett) and the late Donald Blahnik. A graduate of Algoma High School, he married Penny Daul on September 1, 1984 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Algoma. Scott worked as a Nuclear Plant Engineer. He enjoyed spending time volunteering for the schools, driving his cars around town, spending time with his children and grandchildren. He had a special spot in his heart for his little chihuahuas.

He is survived by his wife, Penny; his children, Alecia (Jacob) Joly of Forestville, Caitlin (Steve) Becker of Janesville, Ian (special friend Haylee) Blahink of Fond du Lac; grandchildren, Ezekiel and Zara; mother, Marilyn Blahnik; brother, Jay (Cindy) Blahnik of Ellenton, FL; sister, Debi (Larry) Bouche of Apopka, FL. Scott was preceded in death by his father Donald.

Visitation will take place at Wiesner & Massart Funeral Home, 1617 Flora Ave, Algoma, WI 54201 on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 3-6 pm with a Memorial service at 6 pm. Online condolence messages may be shared at www.wiesnermassart.com. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been set up.
