Susan M. (Rohr) Gerdmann

Our loving mother Susan Gerdmann , 81, Town of Vanderbroek, made her journey home to heaven on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Sue was born on February 23, 1942, in Sturgeon Bay. She lived much of her life in Kewaunee until 2006 when she moved to the Kaukauna area. She was the daughter of the late Alvin and Laura (Krueger) Rohr.

Sue loved her family more than anything and loved spending time with her grandkids. She loved animals and being outdoors, she loved bowling and fishing. She was part owner in GIBS Pub & Fare supper club.

On August 9, 1958, she married Tony Gerdmann at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Kewaunee. Sue is survived by her 4 sons and their spouses, Joe (Kathy), Chris (Lynn), Scott (Chrissy), and Jeff (Patti), and twelve grandkids, Amber, Alex, Luke, Rachel, Josh, Katlyn, Amber, Dylan, Brianna, Cambria, Reed, and Riley, eight great grandchildren, her sisters Karen (John) Berner, Gail (Larry) Ihlenfeldt, and her brother Pete (Shelly) Rohr.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband Tony, her parents, her brothers Darrell, Paul, Rolland, and her grandson Aaron.

Visitation will be held at Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Kewaunee, 1425 Ellis St. on Monday, June 5th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 pm with Fr. Andrew Kurz officiating. Online condolence messages may be shared at KinnardFCS.com.
