Ronald J. Kleiman

Ronald J. Kleiman , 87, of Kewaunee, passed away, on January 19, 2023. Ron was born on July 2, 1935, to the late John and Beatrice (Wierer) Kleiman. Ron was a graduate of Kewaunee High School, and served in the United States Army. Ron was an outstanding farmer his entire life and received many awards. He loved the outdoors, and spent time hunting, snowmobiling, swimming, and enjoyed time at his cabin in Michigan. He enjoyed attending High School Basketball tournaments, playing cards, bowling, and is a member of AMVETS.

Ron is survived by his wife of 64 years, Judy; children, Randy (Chris), Scott (Diane), Terry (Debbie), Cindy (Paul) Nordwig, and Bonnie Larson (Dean); grandchildren, Shane and Morgen (fiancé Chad) Kleiman, Nicole (Mark) Schlies, Spencer (Elisabeth) Kleiman, Marie Kleiman, Ashtyn (fiancé Kevin) Feld, Kahner (Joe) Domke, Melissa, Lauren, Ben Nordwig, and Paige Kittelson; great-grandchildren, Coltyn and Rylan, Scarlett and Parker, Aziel and grandbaby due in June; sisters, Marlene (Claude) Kastenholz; sisters-in-law, Eleanor and Julie Kleiman; brothers-in-law, Fred (Mary) Ott, and Greg (Cindy) Ott; sister-in-law, Joan Belsey; brother-in-law, Harry (Charlene) Luedtke; as well as by nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Beatrice Kleiman, brothers, James and David Kleiman; father- and mother-in-law, Clarence and Florence Luedtke; brother-in-law, Allen Luedtke; and nieces Jean Kleiman and Linda Tellez.

Visitation will take place at Holy Rosary Catholic Church – Kewaunee from 9 am -12 noon on Monday, January 23, 2023, Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 noon with Fr. Edward Looney and Deacon Chuck Agnew officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Rosary Cemetery with full Military Rites. Online condolence messages may be shared at KinnardFCS.com.
