Verna L. (Jadin) Wautlet

Verna L. Wautlet, 87, Casco, passed away on May 24, 2022. She was born September 20, 1934, to the late Orville and Alice (Everard) Jadin. On October 21, 1961, she married James Wautlet at St. Martin Church in Tonet. Verna was a Business College graduate who worked side by side with Jim on the family dairy farm in addition to working as a secretary at Schriber Cheese. She enjoyed bowling, baking and crocheting.

Verna is survived by her husband, James Wautlet; her children, Linda (Tom Ross) Wautlet, David Wautlet, Diane (Dan) Massart, Sharon (Robert “Bo”) Neuzil, Dennis (Tracy) Wautlet; grandchildren, Brian (special friend Andrea Innes) Wautlet, Matt (Amber) Massart, Erin (Kyle) Lemens, Travis Worachek, Jacob Neuzil, Gina Wautlet, and Michael Wautlet; eight great-grandchildren; brother Myron (Kathy) Jadin. She was preceded in death by her father- and mother-in-law, Fred (Lucy) Wautlet; sisters, Delores (Jim) Baudhuin, Audrey (Allen) Gilson; brothers-in-law, Robert LaCrosse, Vernon (Loretta) Wautlet; sisters-in-law, Martha Jadin, and LaVerne (Wilbur) Vandertie.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 3:00 – 7:00 pm at Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services – Casco with a prayer service at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 9:00-11:00 am at St. Hubert’s Catholic Church - Rosiere. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 am with Fr.
